Monthly calendar put out by the PTO that include school lunches, events at the school, lunch and playground volunteers. Calendar will be posted once a month.

ENRICHMENT COMMITTEES:
Everybody Counts
Bridget Gruner
Coordinates a program presented in the spring and designed to impress upon our children that people with disabilities are a lot like themselves. Many parent volunteers are needed the week this program occurs.
Grants (In House)
Toni Schuh and Ann Flood
Chaired by several members of the Executive Board. Money is set aside each year for the teachers to request funds for student enrichment. This committee along with our principal and vice principal review the requests.
FUNDRAISING COMMITTEES:
Big Blue Bash (BBB)
Jacquie Bauereis, Aimee Dickhaus
Our largest fundraiser held in March. This is an adult evening geared to the entire parish that will feature drinks, food, raffles and auction items.
365 Lotto
Tish Bright, Deborah Cody, Heather Teller
A unique fundraiser. With this raffle, there is a winner every day of the entire calendar year. Winners go back into the pool of tickets to have another shot at winning. You could win 365 times a year! Monthly drawings held 1st Sunday of each month after 9:30 mass at Donut Sunday. Ticket sales held in the fall for the following year.
Magazine Drive
Jeni Coburn and Nicole Newsom
One of the largest PTO fundraisers. The school receives 40% of all magazine sale proceeds. This drive kicks off at the beginning of the school year and typically runs for two weeks.
Eat Out Nights
Ann Flood and Jackie Flynn
Coordinates special "eat-out" nights where St. Agnes PTO receives 20% of sales during a certain meal period on a certain day. Eat-out nights will be posted on the school calendar.
Box Tops For Education
Holly Nienaber
Clip, collect and send in Box Tops from participating Box Top products. Have your child give them to their homeroom teacher and we earn cash for our school. No extra cost to you! This program operates thru the entire school year.
Market Day
Heather Mast and Nicole Newsom
Market Day is run once a month, offering a great variety of food items for sale. The forms are send home in the Wednesday folder and there is also a link on this web site. Selections are them picked up at the school on a designated date later in the month. Orders may also be called in or done over the Internet.
Product Surveys
Rene Cooper
Product surveys are offered twice a year by companies needing consumer product research. The surveys are conducted in Murphy Hall and generally require approximately 30-45 minutes of your time.
Spirit Wear
Kristy Seither and Ellen Suetholz
Offers various clothing items for sale (sweatshirts, jackets, T-shirts, bags etc.) each with a St. Agnes Wildcat logo. Items are available in both children and adult sizes. The last Thursday of each month is Spirit wear day, stock up so your child is ready!
Recycling Program
Maggie Green
An ongoing program where the school earns money for recycling magazines and newspapers. Collection containers are in the church parking lot.
SOCIAL COMMITTEES:
APPLE Program
Laura Tilford
Provides little extras in the Teachers Lounge, such as treats, flavored teas and creamers, decorations etc.
New Family Orientation
Each August, this welcoming committee is responsible for contacting all families who are new to the school. The committee also conducts the new family orientation as well as sets up the parent greeters for the first week of school.
Receptions

This committee is responsible for planning the various receptions for Confirmation, DARE graduation and 8th Grade Graduation.
Wildcat Bash

This committee spearheads the school festival/Olympic day held each May.
Grandparents Day
Tricia Kennedy and Joelle Michels
Every other year we celebrate Grandparents Day at St. Agnes. This committee assists in the planning with school staff. This will be celebrated in 2011.
Ladies Night Out (LNO)
Jenny Schneider, Angela Hornsby, Monica Hardcorn, Ann Flood, Stephanie Fieler, Kim Auberger and Susie Wilhoite
The LNO committee plans the annual Ladies Night Out event. LNO is a fun night out for all of the ladies of St. Agnes Parish. Festivities include; mingling with old and new friends, dancing, games and mini spa services.
Teacher Lunches/Dinners
Janie Neff
Provides the lunches for teachers on the teacher in-service days. They also provide dinner for the teachers on the evening of the parent teacher conferences.
Catholic Schools Week (CSW)
Tami Kluemper, Toni Schuh, Carrie Ryan, Terri Judy
Plans events for students, teachers and staff during Catholic Schools Week. Celebrated in February or March each year.
Ice Cream Social
Lisa Lange, Natalie Deglow, Natalie Maier
A special ice cream treat or students hosted during CSW.
Room Parents Committee
Aimee Dickhaus
The Room Parents Committee is responsible for selecting and directing the room parents for each homeroom. The room parent's in turn are responsible for room parties and teachers gifts.
School Sweatshirt Committee
Joelle Michels
Provides the uniform approved sweatshirt (gray w/St. Agnes approved patch). Can be ordered thru kidmail.
Used Uniform Sales
Ann Flood and Lora Davis
This is a closet of used uniforms. A sale is held at the end of each year for uniform exchange/purchase for a small fee. Donation of old uniforms are always welcome.
Health Concerns Committee
Shannon Miller and Peggy Reisiger
Is responsible for conducting vision, hearing and scoliosis screenings, together with maintaining student's immunization certificates and school exam forms.
