Recycling: Recycling just got easier! We now have the opportunity to recycle more than paper. We have added a Rumpke’s recycling dumpster so we can recycle plastic, glass bottles and jars, aluminum cans, paperboard, telephone books, magazines, cardboard (broken down in 3’x3’ pieces. We can continue to recycle paper in the green dumpster as always, but now we have the opportunity do more. Please be alert to make sure the right things go in the right dumpster! Thanks!

Library Books: Just a reminder that all library books are due back by next Wednesday, April 6th. Thank you!

Bus Driver: Mrs. Shelly Sandfoss, one of our morning bus drivers, will be having knee surgery on April 4th. She will not be driving the morning bus. Mrs. Dee Morris will be her replacement for most of the month of April. The students who ride Mrs. Sandfoss’ morning trip have been introduced to Mrs. Morris. I just wanted you parents to be aware of this. Thank you. We wish speedy recovery and an easy surgery for Mrs. Sandfoss!

PTO News:

Volunteers Needed for the product survey April 12th: Thanks to everyone who has signed up so far, but we're only 38% of the way to our MINUMUM attendance goal. Please e-mail rene.cooper@hotmail.com  if you would be available for 15 to 30 minutes on Tuesday, April 12th to take a product survey. We have the potential to earn $$ for our SCHOOL and all it will take is 15 to 30 minutes of your time. We will have to cancel if we don't get a minimum of 75 people. We need 48 more!!! If you have questions, feel free to call me at 859.816.0929 or e-mail rene.cooper@hotmail.com.  We missed the fall session, so PLEASE help our school earn the maximum amount of money for the product survey. The survey will be held in half hour increments from 5 to 8pm. Let me know when you can come. The 5 and 5:30 slots are full so if you can make it at 6, 6:30, 7 or 7:30, that would be ideal. Thanks for your support!
