FROM THE PRINCIPAL
In all of my years of education, I have never seen the amount of illness spreading like it has this past week. I hope and pray that all of our students, teachers, and families use this time to rest and heal from all of the illnesses that are being spread. I would advise parents to wash as many items as you can in the coming days. Please wash all school clothes, accessories, even backpacks if they are washer-friendly. Here is to a healthy next week! ~ Mr. Hoyt

Saint Agnes Soccer Fundraiser: Please join us for a Saint Agnes Soccer Fundraiser with the coaches from Coerver Ohio (https://www.coerverohio.com/coerverohio). This indoor session will prepare our players for spring soccer by learning various Futsal skills to improve their game! All proceeds will go towards purchasing new soccer equipment and a soccer camp scholarship! Space is limited so sign up soon at https://tshq.bluesombrero.com/Default.aspx?tabid=2307427. The session will be on Sunday, March 10, in the Saint Agnes gym. The U8 level will take place from 2-3 p.m. and U10 will take place from 3-4 p.m. Cost is $26. Soccer players should bring a water bottle and a Futsal ball if you have one (can be ordered online). What is Futsal? It is a fantastic game that is played across the globe. It's a game that requires excellent skill and intelligence, amazing composure on the ball, and an incredible work rate is necessary for this action-packed sport! Futsal is a great tool for outdoor players to polish their first touch and encourage more instinctive play around the goal. The game is typically played on a court or firm surface with a weighted ball. The speed of play is not for the weary and the time on the ball and decision making required is a big reason why it is considered one of the best developmental tools for soccer players.
